TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Transparency in pricing and terms are important to us. The following term and conditions are included in all your contracts and service agreements:
This hereby document is inclusive of all service(s), payment, warranty, and liability agreement. Upon evaluation and review, a signature from the Client is required before receiving parts or services from Nonstop Locksmith, unless agreed or authorized upon otherwise. No authorization from exemption of agreement can be made without consent from management. All oral or written representations other than those contained herein and in the estimate are null and void.
SERVICE(S)
- All work is to be completed in a timely and efficient manner according to estimate submitted by Nonstop Locksmith and signed by client.
- All services to be rendered will be scheduled according to availability. Client agrees that no services will be provided in extreme weather conditions that may risk the quality of work being provided or the safety of clients/employees.
- Work done within the guaranteed warranty will be completed within business hours 9AM-5PM Mon-Fri
PAYMENT/BILLING (FEE STRUCTURE)
- All services received by the client must be paid in full upon completion of work. All materials are property of Nonstop Locksmith, until paid in full. Authorization of payment to be completed at a future date must be approved by a member of management. Final work will be evaluated by Client for approval.
- Payments are accepted in the form of check, credit/debit card or cash. Money orders are not accepted as a form of payment.
- For estimates/quotes a 50% deposit is required prior to the job.
- Clients requesting deferred billing are required to make payment at the time of completion for the first scope of requested services. Clients requesting deferred billing must be pre-qualified, using the “Business Credit Application.” Upon approval client will be offered either Net 15 or Net 30, which will be billed upon the completion of services rendered.
- Per the terms of vendor/client billing agreement, if payment is past due there is an automatic 5% late fee per month.
- In the event a Client fails to make timely payment for services, the Client agrees to pay all of Nonstop Locksmith’s court costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred for collection of outstanding amounts due. In the event of litigation, Client consents to jurisdiction and venue at the Richard J. Daley Center, 50 W. Washington, Chicago, IL, County of Cook, State of Illinois.
WARRANTY/LIABILITY
- All hardware, labor, and work completed by Nonstop Locksmith is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of installation except for malfunctions due to abuse, vandalism and or other circumstances beyond company control. No warranty is provided for repairs on existing parts, tampered work or work performed by another locksmith.
- No warranty is provided on parts, hardware or products purchased from external source others than Nonstop Locksmith.
- No warranty is provided on parts, hardware, or labor that is affected due to weather conditions.
- Door closers are warrantied for 90 days. This does not include adjustments that will need to be made during weather change.
- Custom Work (Inclusive of welding, framing, door installation) – Work completed by Nonstop Locksmith is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of installation for all custom work. Modifications on existing material is not covered under liability by Nonstop Locksmith. Any material or labor exposed to extreme weather conditions, vandalism, or abuse will not be covered under warranty.
- Telephone Entry System and Access Control System- One year warranty for parts and labor. A Manufacturer warranty is provided for specific brands and/or products. Please contact the manufacturer for detailed information.
- Nonstop Locksmith will need access to the basement/other locations in the building during the installation/repair. Client MUST provide a dedicated telephone line prior to installation. Please contact your phone provider. Also, client must be on site at end of installation to both sign off on work done and receive training as to its operation.
- Wired intercoms– Wired intercoms are warrantied for 90 days. This does not include: speakers, amplifiers, transformers. Also, customer must be on site at end of installation to both sign off on work done and receive training on how to operate the system.
- Wireless intercoms– Nonstop is not responsible for connection issues between the system and any wireless devices. If a call back is requested and the issues are connection based, a $45 trip charge and hourly rate for trouble shooting will be applied
- All quotes involving intercom, access control, and video systems are effective if all existing parts and wiring are compatible with new hardware being installed. Existing wiring MUST be in working condition / full functionality upon installation. If no existing system is in place this need not apply.
- No warranty is provided for repairs on existing parts or tampered work.
- No warranty is provided on parts, hardware, or labor that is affected due to weather conditions.
- Mul-T-Lock Installations– Keys and card will be provided to client on the day of installation. By signing invoice, I have received a Mul-T-Lock high security card and keys. Nonstop Locksmith does not keep any information of the card or keys provided
- All products and or hardware installed requires regular maintenance and upkeep. Normal maintenance which will customarily require periodic adjustment, cleaning, and resetting to operate properly following the dates of their installation
- Restocking fee – 25% Restocking Fee will be assessed on all returns and cancellations.
- Low voltage products – No returns accept for any low voltage products – final sale.
All hardware (panels, security hardware, locks, and products physically provided by security consultant) are provided with a manufacturer’s warranty. Client agrees to adhere to manufacturer terms and conditions. Failure to do so will suspend all Nonstop Locksmith warranties.
Our company reserves the right to discontinue or suspend services to vendors/clients at any time.
